Capabilities

Working from paper prints to 3D CAD models to make parts anywhere from one to a thousand or more is well within our capabilities. We specialize in small to medium flat metal stamping parts as well as wireforms, flat springs, bellview washers and machined parts. We can make about any part that can be designed.

Advantages

There are many advantages to making prototype parts before the hard tooling. Faster timing, easier design changes and reduced tooling costs for the changes just to name a few. Also, it is more cost effective by far to see fitment problems in the prototype assemblies vs. in the production assemblies after the hard tooling is done.
